New Debit Card Activation

Congratulations on receiving your new Lewiston State Bank VISA,® Debit Card!

Activating your new VISA® debit card is quick and easy. Choose from one of these five options:

Debit card purchase using your PIN.

Swipe, choose "Debit" and use your PIN to make a purchase at any merchant.

At any ATM.

Perform a balance inquiry or withdraw cash at a Lewiston State Bank ATM (branch ATM locations), or any ATM (surcharge-free MoneyPass® ATM finder) – just be sure to enter your PIN.

Sign in and save time.

Log into online banking and select the debit card option under the Options tab.

Call us.

Call us at 1-800-815-BANK (2265) and either activate your card through our automated system or speak with a customer service representative. If you call after hours, press "6" to activate your card.

Visit us.

Visit any of our 20 locations and a new account representative can assist you.

If you have any questions regarding your new VISA® debit card or to report your card lost or stolen during business hours, call us at 1-800-815-BANK (2265). To report your card lost or stolen after hours, call 1-800-815-BANK (2265) and press "3".


  • Handle your card carefully. If your card is damaged, it may be rejected or retained!
  • Sign the back of your card immediately!
